A table in the restaurant

Questions people ask
Do we need to stay to eat?
No. About half the tables are non-residents, especially at lunch. Weekends book out two weeks ahead.
What is on the menu?
Whatever is in season within 25 miles. Written at 11am and posted on each PIG's page the same day.
Lunch as a non-resident in the greenhouse restaurant. Everything from the garden, properly seasoned, no fuss. Booked a room for March before we left.
